Webplacebo_star • 5 yr. ago. I've figured out a makeshift way to stop it from appearing in OneNote. Go to start. Type in "On Screen Keyboard". A desktop app should be listed with that name. Open the app, then minimize the window that appears. The normal onscreen keyboard should not appear anymore.
