WebRepair guys left and our machine continued leaking. Repair guys came again, said that they couldn't do anything, and left. So here we are now. Three months without a functional washing machine. A machine which is less than three years old, and which in fact was 2.5 years old when this repair fiasco started. Endless telephone discussions with Asko. WebW8844XL ECO. Issues at about 12mths old and now leaks at 4yrs old. Towels come out “crunchy”. Easily out of balance washing a single thick wind cheater. Would not recommend Asko on this experience. Asko “customer service” little to offer but expensive service call and parts. Noisy too. Purchased in Dec 2024.
