WebbAMD completely re-wrote the OpenGL drivers and have been doing quite a few updates to it throughout the last almost year of drivers. I'm not sure how you are having issues with MineCraft especially as it works great on the newer drivers. Or try 22-5-1 which was prior to the dx-11 re-write. Was the first OpenGL re-write driver.
