Webb19 feb. 2003 · I have a gas hot water heater. Richmond brand 40 gallon Serial#rcn0395a40329, Model #7k40, the tag says installed in may of 95 and has a 8 yrs warranty on it. The problem is I have noticed a serious decrease in the amount of hot water, the temp feels the same, but just the amount has cut in half and maybe more.
