WebNov 25, 2024 · There just needs to be a harsher punishment for killing scavs as a scav. steeper penalties, locking out fence as a trader until you gain enough rep back, or lose your scav runs all together. You can still gain fence rep via using car extracts (at a much steeper cost) and for the shared pmc scav extracts but lets be honest..
